1. Return eligibility
Customers may request a return if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or significantly different from the confirmed order. Return requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Items that cannot be returned
Opened software, digital codes, gift cards, used consumables, damaged packaging caused by the customer, and products with physical or liquid damage are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or supplier warranty.
3. How to request a return
Contact us with your order number, customer name, phone number, product name, and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the bank, card provider, or payment gateway. Delivery charges may be deducted if the return is not due to our error.
5. Replacement option
If the same product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. If the product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative product after customer confirmation.
6. Order cancellation before dispatch
If the order has not been dispatched, customers may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. If payment has already been made, the refund will be handled through the payment method used at checkout.
7. Warranty claims
Warranty claims are handled according to the supplier or manufacturer warranty terms. Warranty inspection may take time depending on the product and supplier. Warranty is not valid for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, physical damage, liquid damage, or power-related damage unless covered by the warranty terms.
